ABOUT encognIZE Founder

Prior to launching encognize, Bruno Abrioux-Takano has worked since 1999 for global organizations and Fortune 500 companies delivering mission critical technology solutions and related services to the Financial Services Industry.
Bruno has held a variety of management positions in Europe and then APAC with roles spanning from Head of IT Operations and Chief Technology Officer, to Director of Relationship Management, Head of Account and Sales Management as well as Chief Administrative Officer. He has been based in Japan since 2007. Bruno is actively engaged in the sound development of the Japanese digital technology innovation ecosystem, being a board member of La French Tech Tokyo and a Service Partner for Plug and Play Japan as well as supporting various other innovation-related programs as a mentor or a coach. Bruno has contributed to designing and delivering as a lecturer the Global Executive Certificate on FinTech introduced by the New York University School of Professional Studies (NYU SPS) in Tokyo (campus closed March 2020). He is also a regular guest contributor for the Department of Global Innovation Studies of the Toyo University faculty of Global and Regional Studies. Bruno earned a master of engineering in computer sciences from the French University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC), with a major in automation and real time systems, and a minor in philosophy, technology, and cognition. |
